1. Non-Refund Policy for Services
1.1 Service Fees
All payments for services on www.step-up-ai.com are final and non-refundable once a service request is accepted and processing has begun. This applies to all services, including but not limited to Professional Profile Development, Career Development, Coaching, Mentoring, and Training programs.
1.2 Non-Transferable
Payments for services are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another individual or entity after purchase.
2. Acceptance of Services
2.1 Service Acceptance
Acceptance of service orders is at the sole discretion of Step-up.ai. If a service request is not accepted, the full amount will be refunded using the original payment method within 10 business days of notification.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
3.1 Erroneous Payments
If an overpayment occurs due to an erroneous transaction, the excess amount will be refunded after verification. Claims for such refunds must be submitted to support@step-up-ai.com within 10 business days of the transaction date. 4. Modification or Cancellation by Step-up.ai
4.1 Right to Modify or Cancel
Step-up.ai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its sole discretion. If a service is cancelled after payment, an appropriate refund will be issued within 10 business days through the original payment method.
